Where Do You Ship To?

We also ship WORLDWIDE*, international shipping and times vary based on location. International orders may be shipped in a bubble mailer for cost and customs reasons.

How Do I Track My Order?

When we ship your items you will receive a tracking number.

When Can I Expect My Order?

Times vary based on item, your location, etc.

  • Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 5 - 7 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
  • Shipping would usually take between 1 - 3 Weeks depending on your location.
  • Shipping is FREE unless stated otherwise
  • A tracking number will be provided once your orders have been shipped.

Can I Cancel/Modify My Order?

Sorry, we’re unable to change existing orders. As soon as you place your order, we get it processed immediately so you can get it as quickly as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days after the Product has been received. Products can only be returned if their is evidence of factory defect or fault in our side. Please email us at customerservice@thecatch96.com and kindly submit 3 - 5 CLEAR photographic evidence.

What Do I Do If I Have A Damaged/Defective Item

Oh no, we’re so sorry about that! Please shoot us an email along with a picture at customerservice@thecatch96.com with “Defective Item” in the subject. Be sure to include your contact info and order number. We promise to make it right.
